Project Overview

The first walled and gated community with all amnesties within the estate in the Midlands. The low residential suburb is located 6km from Kwekwe CBD off Gweru Road. Wisdom Park comprises of phase 1 and phase 2.
Our Vision
We want to create a classy and stylish suburb with modern houses designed by our team of professional architectures, interior designers and qualified landscapers. All houses and structures are to carry a feel good sense of achievement for all the property owners. This will be attained because we are;
- To provide a walled and gated community with a main security check point (one entrance and exit point) whereby only members and authorised individuals will be allowed into the Estate. 24 hour security patrols within the estate in conjunction with ZRP who will also have their security base within the Estate. - To create a self sustaining environment whereby a commercial centre is erected (shopping mall) with all the basic amenities provided for; (various grocer outlets, hardware supplies, food outlets, boutiques, fruit and vegetables stores, cinema etc..
- To provide a state of the art recreational centre for the residents from adults to children; Country club for all members, various garden/braai area as well as children play centre, fully equipped gymnasium, squash/tennis courts etc..
- To provide a mild industrial centre for residents such as a fuel station, motor vehicles service garage, LP gas selling outlets, aluminium and glass outlets, steel fabrication for sliding gates, burglar bars, steel tank stands, electrical and home gadgets providers, hardware supplies etc..
- To create this signature project in and around Zimbabwe as a trademark.
