  • The dispensation certificate is available hence upon full payment of a stand title can be transferred to the buyer.
  • Our Environmental Management Authority paperwork is in order.
  • Development certificates are approved.
  • We have stocks of garden flats, clusters, 2/3/4/5 bedroomed houses, modern upstairs houses which are currently being approved by the local authority.
  • Partial compliance certificate from Kwekwe City Council

Water Reticulation & Sewer

  • Local council water connected via booster station within the estate
  • Drilled boreholes strategically around the Estate
  • Trenching for water reticulation is complete for all the stands
  • Communal and Individual septic tanks are in progress of being installed depending on the area
